1、Be responsible for overall operation, team management, and performance standard setting and appraisal of the department of clinical medicine; formulate, update and maintain SOP of the department for compliance; be responsible for needed training of subordinates;
2、Be responsible for searching domestic and foreign literatures and information, and timely tracking, collecting and organizing domestic and foreign information and data about diseases interested by the company;
3、Be responsible for preparing and reviewing documents related to clinical trials, such as clinical research report (CSR), clinical trial scheme, investigator’s brochure, informed consent, and clinically relevant part of IND/NDA declaration materials;
4、Be responsible for the formulation and implementation of medical support program (such as medical surveillance program);
5、Be responsible for inner and external medical trainings;
6、Be responsible for medical inspection and data verification in the process of clinical trial;
7、Assist clinical operation team, and communicate and coordinate with researchers; build and maintain a close connection with KOL specializing in related indications;
8、Tackle other tasks assigned by direct supervisor.

1、Master of clinical medicine, clinical pharmacology, pharmacy, and other related fields or above;
2、With over 1 year of work experience related to clinical medicine, and at least 1 year of personnel management experience;
3、With over 3 year of clinical study experience, and familiar with whole process of clinical study of Phase I, II or III and of clinical trials, and good knowledge of ICH-GCP, Chinese GCP provisions and laws and regulations related to drug research and development;
4、Good writing skills, communication skills, organizational coordination ability, team-work spirit, analytical ability, and capability of scientific thinking;
6、Strong sense of responsibility, ability to work under pressure, and good at multitasking.
