1. Operate solid preparation equipment and common preparation test equipment, such as pneumatic cracker, granulator, tablet machine, mixing machine, etc.；
2. Participate in formulation screening and process study of preparations;
3. Carry out pilot plant test during production process and technology transfer to mass production;
4. Make primary records normatively;

1. Solid professional knowledge of pharmaceutic preparation or chemical engineering;
2. Strong hands;
2. Familiar with the operation and management of pharmaceutical equipment like tablet machine, mixing machine, granulator and other devices;
3. Know well about pilot plant test during production process and mass production experience or concerned knowledge;
4.Familiar with domestic and international guidelines, laws and regulations concerning pharmaceutical research;
5.Familiar with basic requirements of declaration materials for new drug development and of trial sheet, and capable of independently preparing CTD declaration materials;
6. Good command of English and strong communication ability;
7.Proficiency in GMP is preferred.
